IT Support Officer – Melbourne (Part time, fixed term contract)

Tearfund is looking for an IT Support Officer

• Part-time, 3 days per week or hours spread across the week
• 1 Year fixed term contract
• Position Location: Blackburn, Melbourne

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Experience in supporting both Windows and Mac devices
• Experience managing Windows servers, group policies and LDAP
• Excellent communication and internal customer service skills
• A creative, proactive, friendly and professional demeanour
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• An ability to demonstrate your understanding of Tearfund’s Christian ethos and values and integrate these into how you interact with other staff, vendors and other stakeholders
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar discipline
• At least 1 year experience with in similar role
• Knowledge and experience of various cloud platform such as the Google suite, Azure, Amazon, and others.
