About the role

This role will play a critical part in Tearfund's mission of helping Australians make biblically shaped responses to poverty and injustice by providing crucial administration support to the Australian Program Director and the wider Australian Program Team.

This will require

  • Proven experience with administrative tasks such as minute taking, project management and logistics.
  • The ability to design, implement and manage compliance obligations and related systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Adobe highly regarded).

Is this you? To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated;

  • Ability to engage multiple teams and work collaboratively with various leaders.
  • Ability to proactively identify administrative needs and opportunities and respond accordingly.
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft suite alongside basic design skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create forms and reports.
