Facilitating inclusive and change-making conversations

Speaking the truth to injustice isn't always easy. These conversations can be uncomfortable and sometimes confronting. How do we hold space for honest conversations in a safe and gracious way? How do we make room for different opinions, while still being united in the Spirit?

Learn how to approach conversations with empathy and understanding, ensuring all voices are heard and respected, and gain strategies and techniques for facilitating discussions as you practice and refine your facilitation skills in a supportive environment.
