Webinar - Going deeper on Rubbish

Our world has an urgent rubbish problem, but Christians around the world are uniting to take action.
2 billion people – one in four of us – have no safe way to dispose of rubbish, meaning many are forced to live and work among piles of waste. This is harming their health, damaging their livelihoods, and causing up to a million deaths each year. That’s one person dying every 30 seconds.
Right now, nearly 200 governments are meeting to develop the first-ever international agreement on plastic pollution. This agreement could help end the world’s rubbish problem.
In response, Christians across more than ten countries and six continents – from India to Zimbabwe, Nepal to the UK – are uniting to demand action. Together, we’re calling for an effective, binding plan that ends the impacts of plastic pollution on people living in poverty.
Join us for a free webinar event, where we take a deeper look at the Rubbish Campaign - what it’s trying to achieve and how you can get more involved!
By taking action together and speaking up we can love our global neighbours and put pressure on governments to listen to the voices of people suffering right now.
